Barefoot Minimal Shoe | 10mm Stack

The Rewild Flex is the most minimal and sensory shoe in the Rewild range, offering the closest experience to barefoot movement while still providing protection for everyday use.

With a 10mm zero-drop stack, the Flex maximises flexibility and ground feel, allowing the foot to bend, adapt and respond naturally. This encourages foot strength, balance and proprioception, making it ideal for experienced barefoot wearers.

The grounding technology in the Flex further enhances this connection, supporting a direct, natural sensory link with the ground — particularly noticeable on natural surfaces.

Despite its minimal build, the Rewild Flex remains practical in cooler months thanks to its water-resistant upper.

Key features:

  • 10mm zero-drop stack – minimal cushioning, maximum feedback

  • Ultra-flexible sole for natural movement

  • Wide toe box for unrestricted toe splay

  • Grounding technology for direct earth connection

  • Lightweight design to strengthen feet naturally

  • Water-resistant upper for everyday and winter use

Best for:
Experienced barefoot wearers, foot strengthening, and those seeking maximum sensory connection.

Bahe Sizing & Fit

Bahe shoes have a generous, foot-shaped fit designed to give your toes space to move naturally.

The toe box is wide, and they tend to suit a higher volume foot particularly well.
If you have a lower volume foot, this is usually still a good fit — you may just need to lace a little more securely or add a Bahe grounding insole for a snugger feel.

In terms of sizing, Bahe generally come up true to size — or slightly larger than some other barefoot brands.  Many customers find they are a half to full size smaller than brands like Freet or Altra.

We always recommend measuring your feet using our Foot Measurement Guide before checking the Bahe size chart below.

Bahe shoes are unisex.
You may notice separate men’s and women’s size charts — this is simply due to different regional labelling (e.g. US/AU sizing). The actual fit and shape of the shoe is the same.

If you'd like to see how this looks in practice, Bahe have put together a really helpful guide:

How should they feel?

They should feel comfortably secure, with plenty of room for your toes to spread and wiggle, but without slipping at the heel.

If you do notice heel movement, try using the top lace hole to create a heel lock — this often makes a big difference.

Model specific notes

Rewild
The Rewild has a slightly higher ankle design to improve weather protection. Some people notice a little pressure around the ankle at first, but the material is soft and tends to ease with wear.

New to barefoot?

If you’re transitioning from traditional shoes with a raised heel, Bahe offer an optional heel lift to help your body adjust more gradually to zero-drop footwear.
