Workshops

Our workshops are small, practical sessions focused on foot health, natural movement, and helping you reconnect with how your body is meant to move.
These are not lectures. They are hands-on, relaxed, and designed to give you tools you can actually take away and use.

What to expect

Each session is designed to be personal and interactive, with limited numbers to ensure there is time to understand your own feet and how you move.
You might explore:

  • Foot strength and mobility
  • Balance and posture
  • Walking patterns and habits
  • How to transition into barefoot footwear

There’s no pressure to “get it right” — just space to learn, ask questions, and try things out.

Who are they for?

  • If you’re new to barefoot shoes
  • If you’ve been struggling with discomfort or niggles
  • If you’re curious about improving how you move
  • Or if you simply want to understand your body better

No prior experience needed.

Led by Charlie

Our workshops are led by Charlie, a Foot Collective guide with a deep interest in movement and recovery.
His sessions are fun, practical, down-to-earth, and rooted in real experience - helping people make small changes that can have a big impact over time.

A little note...

These sessions are about exploration, not perfection.

You don’t need to be fit, flexible or experienced - just open to trying something different.
