Stronger Feet Start Here 👣

Following the incredible response to our first Foot Health Workshops earlier this year, we’re excited to announce a brand new expanded workshop on Saturday 13th June in Kington.

Originally planned as a single session, the first workshops sold out almost overnight, and we ended up running three separate sessions to meet demand. The feedback was fantastic — but one thing became very clear: people wanted more time to learn, move, ask questions, and really understand how to improve the strength and function of their feet.

So this time, we’re going deeper.

This practical, hands-on 2-hour workshop is designed to help you build stronger, more resilient feet while improving balance, mobility, posture, and confidence in everyday movement.

Hosted by Charlie (movement coach and Foot Collective guide) in collaboration with Ali from The Barefoot Shoe Box & The Walking Hub, this workshop combines movement education, simple strengthening exercises, and practical advice around footwear and foot function.

Whether you’re completely new to foot health, curious about barefoot shoes, struggling with stiffness or discomfort, or simply wanting to stay active and capable as you age, this workshop will give you practical tools you can start using immediately.

During the workshop you’ll learn:

  • Simple and effective foot strengthening exercises
  • Balance and stability drills
  • Mobility work for the feet, ankles, and calves
  • Techniques to improve walking mechanics and posture
  • How your feet influence movement throughout the whole body
  • What to look for in footwear to support healthy foot function
  • Practical strategies you can begin using straight away at home

This is not a lecture — it’s an interactive and welcoming workshop designed to help you reconnect with your feet and better understand how movement starts from the ground up.
