What makes a place somewhere you can call home, and how - if at all - has that changed throughout time?

Songwriter and historian Joseph Emmett sets out to explore Herefordshire on foot to uncover its past.

Take me to the Wye riverside

to where the huting heron hides

or watching the wild horses run

We'll stay on Hergest until the day is done

Timeless market squares and cobbled streets

We'll raise a glass when we settle to meet

For these are my favourite days

Days we can walk away

And watch our troubles fade
