Paramo Active Cap

The Active Cap is ideal for a wide range of high energy activities, especially in sunny weather.

A baseball cap protects the head and shades the eyes in sunshine, but it is difficult to keep a cap on when active, especially in windy conditions. It can also result in a hot and sweaty head.

The Active Cap’s zoned fabrics protect from wind and sun but allow perspiration to escape and air circulation to cool you. The deep peak shades eyes from glare, but compresses so the cap can be stuffed in a pocket. The close adjustable fit holds the cap in place.

The Active Cap is highly compressible and packable, but offers a functioning peak and good adjustability:

Nikwax Windproof cuts windchill, protects your insulation and provides water-repellency.

The closely woven microfibre of the fabric can be easily maintained and renewed with Nikwax waterproofing products. It provides excellent moisture vapour transfer, allowing perspiration to escape, while remaining light, very durable and UV resistant. It can also be combined with a Páramo fleece to provide a higher level of weather protection.

Returns Policy

If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please get in touch with us first by calling 07756 172160 or emailing thewalkinghub@gmail.com.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition – unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

If your item was faulty or damaged upon arrival, we’ll happily refund your return postage costs as well.

If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This helps ensure the new item is reserved and sent out to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods.

Shipping

The delivery charges for your order are calculated in accordance with our delivery rates as set out on our site, and are shown separately on the order confirmation. Our aim is to despatch your order the next working day. Please note that all despatch and delivery times are approximate. Many products are sent via our approved carrier and must be signed for. The standard delivery within the UK is a 48 hour service usually sent via Royal Mail or Evri, so orders should be with you within 3-4 working days. If any products are damaged on arrival, please notify this to the carrier at the time if possible. Then also please notify us and return in accordance with the information set out below in Exchanges and Returns.
