The Halkon Traveller is for outdoor people who need quick access to essential equipment.
Activities including nature watching and photography in warm weather, and summer travelling, require lightweight weather protection and the capacity to carry essential equipment securely.
The Halkon Traveller has been carefully engineered to distribute weight across the whole shoulder area, while 15 pockets allow equipment to be easily accessible. The Nikwax Cotton+ fabric provides UV (UPF 50+) protection in a quiet, lightweight and quick drying travel jacket.
The Halkon Traveller provides secure storage while protecting the wearer from sun, wind and biting insects.

- Access to external and internal pockets when wearing a pack hip strap is maintained by allowing the strap to pass behind the front of the jacket through two-way vents in the side seams, which also provide direct cooling.
Nikwax Cotton+ is a tough yet lightweight fabric that provides sun and wind protection.
Nikwax Cotton+ is a blend of cotton with synthetic fibres. By combining the best properties of both fibres, Nikwax Cotton+ offers the comfort and durability of cotton with the lightweight, fast drying characteristics of a modern synthetic. The close weave of these fibres provides excellent protection from the wind and combines with the fibre properties to block harmful UV rays (UPF 50+).
To enhance the performance of the fabric, Páramo recommends washing your Cotton+ garment with Nikwax Cotton Proof after cleaning it with Nikwax Tech Wash®. This will reduce the water absorbency and speed up the drying time of the fabric.
Returns Policy
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please get in touch with us first by calling 07756 172160 or emailing thewalkinghub@gmail.com.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition – unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
If your item was faulty or damaged upon arrival, we’ll happily refund your return postage costs as well.
If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This helps ensure the new item is reserved and sent out to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods.

Shipping
The delivery charges for your order are calculated in accordance with our delivery rates as set out on our site, and are shown separately on the order confirmation. Our aim is to despatch your order the next working day. Please note that all despatch and delivery times are approximate. Many products are sent via our approved carrier and must be signed for. The standard delivery within the UK is a 48 hour service usually sent via Royal Mail or Evri, so orders should be with you within 3-4 working days. If any products are damaged on arrival, please notify this to the carrier at the time if possible. Then also please notify us and return in accordance with the information set out below in Exchanges and Returns.
