The Velez Windproof is lightweight, packable and functional and provides superior protection from the elements.
- Added protection from a standard-weight windproof reinforcement layer in the collar, cuffs, hem and centre-front; and from a high fitting collar that reduces rain ingress.
- Useful storage from two large, zipped, mesh-lined torso pockets that also provide good temperature control.
- Functional extras including zipped forearm vents and sleeves that roll or push up for further ventilation, a hem adjustor for a tailored fit, and a scooped back hem for additional weather protection.
Nikwax® Duology Windproof cuts windchill and protects your insulation but still provides excellent moisture vapour transfer
Nikwax Duology Windproof uses a closely woven microfibre fabric that cuts windchill and protects your insulation whilst providing excellent moisture vapour transfer. A Nikwax PFC-free durable water repellent treatment deflects the rain.
Worn in combination with one of our Duology fleeces it traps still air in the fleece fibres to provide varying levels of insulation and waterproof protection depending on the weather conditions and activity.
Returns Policy
If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please get in touch with us first by calling 07756 172160 or emailing thewalkinghub@gmail.com.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition – unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
If your item was faulty or damaged upon arrival, we’ll happily refund your return postage costs as well.
If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This helps ensure the new item is reserved and sent out to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods.

Shipping
The delivery charges for your order are calculated in accordance with our delivery rates as set out on our site, and are shown separately on the order confirmation. Our aim is to despatch your order the next working day. Please note that all despatch and delivery times are approximate. Many products are sent via our approved carrier and must be signed for. The standard delivery within the UK is a 48 hour service usually sent via Royal Mail or Evri, so orders should be with you within 3-4 working days. If any products are damaged on arrival, please notify this to the carrier at the time if possible. Then also please notify us and return in accordance with the information set out below in Exchanges and Returns.
