Fancy a change? One of the brilliant things about Wildsoles is that you can completely change their look simply by swapping the straps.

Choose from 12 fun colours and give your favourite Wildsoles a fresh new look – go bright and bold, keep things understated, or have a couple of different colours ready to change whenever the mood takes you.

Wildsoles use a single continuous strap system, so the straps can be removed and replaced without having to send your sandals away. All you need is a pair of needle-nose pliers and a few minutes to transform them. Wildsole also has a handy step-by-step re-strapping video showing you exactly how to do it.

Choose your strap size

Replacement straps come in three lengths, depending on your Wildsole sandal size:

• Kids: UK 10–2

• Adult Small/Medium: UK 3–8

• Adult Large: UK 9–14

Replacement straps are also a great way to extend the life of your Wildsoles if your original straps eventually become worn – something we particularly love about Wildsole's focus on making their sandals repairable rather than disposable.

Returns Policy

If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please get in touch with us first by calling 07756 172160 or emailing thewalkinghub@gmail.com.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition – unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

If your item was faulty or damaged upon arrival, we’ll happily refund your return postage costs as well.

If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This helps ensure the new item is reserved and sent out to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods.

Shipping

The delivery charges for your order are calculated in accordance with our delivery rates as set out on our site, and are shown separately on the order confirmation. Our aim is to despatch your order the next working day. Please note that all despatch and delivery times are approximate. Many products are sent via our approved carrier and must be signed for. The standard delivery within the UK is a 48 hour service usually sent via Royal Mail or Evri, so orders should be with you within 3-4 working days. If any products are damaged on arrival, please notify this to the carrier at the time if possible. Then also please notify us and return in accordance with the information set out below in Exchanges and Returns.
